The Gorbachev Foundation holds conference “Social Orphanhood: Step Changes in the Situation and Modern Solutions to the Problem” to mark the 80th birthday of Raisa M. Gorbachev
The Conference was organised within the framework of Protected Childhood project pursued by the National Foundation for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children and the Raisa Maximovna Club,The Gorbachev Foundation. Since its inception, the Club has seen social orphanhood as one of its priority themes for discussion.
